Smoking

As of October 18, 2006, in accordance with the City of Houston Smoking Ordinance No. 2006-1054, smoking has been regulated in the work place. Each tenant is responsible for complying with these regulations.  Therefore in compliance with these regulations, smoking is prohibited in the building, the patio, parking lot and all garage levels. The building is a “No Smoking Facility.”  Per code no smoking within 25 feet of any entrance.  Designated smoking area is located in the northeast corner of the first level of the garage.
