Maintenance
Should a maintenance issue arise that requires immediate attention, please call the Management Office at 832.408.4092. For calls after 5:00 p.m. the Answering Service will contact the appropriate personnel. Please give your name, company name, suite number, phone number, and the nature of your problem. Someone from the maintenance staff will assist you as soon as possible.
Maintenance personnel are equipped to handle varying degrees of lighting, plumbing, electrical, cooling and heating, and door and lock problems. If the problem is outside of our normal maintenance service, Maintenance will often be able to recommend a contractor to assist you.
